Ratings and reviews

This app is a scam, beware. They push you to open your account and deposit $250 CAD calling you multiple times a day. But after that you deposit is impossible to reach out to them, either by chat, phone or email. Also is impossible to withdraw you founds, so say goodbye to your money. This is extremely abusive and should not be legal to even exist.

The app is okay up until you want to withdraw. First few weeks, I was called non-stop with reps offering assistance and the deposit was reflected instantly. Now I have completed a withdrawal form almost three weeks and cant get a response, sent several emails and no one replies. As if I'm being deliberately avoided. At this point I dont care what the issue is I just want to withdraw all my funds and remove myself from this broker. Highly undependable!!

not a fan of the new update. I can't quick edit my sl or tp by holding on to the + or - buttons. I have to keep tapping or manually enter the numbers. It's harder to zoom out on charts now because as you try to zoom out, the chart becomes unstable and just brings you back to where you started. also I have to keep logging in multiple times per day. I don't see the usual "keep me logged in" option. sometimes ( mostimes) I have to enter my logins twice before I get access.
