I've been using this app to clock in and out of work for almost 3 years now and I swear the more I use it the worse it gets. It can't just ever open right away. it takes 5 years to load and then kicks you out and you have to go back in and it takes 5 years again. For an app that is simply meant to clock in and out it sure really isn't the best.

This has to be the worst UI I've ever dealt with. For starters, you can't account for more than one code at a time. You can't account for lunch breaks. The break down is terrible on the computer and even worse on the mobile app. When I pull my weekly report, I can't even put the submissions in chronological order. I waste a ridiculous amount of time searching through the sheet looking for submissions, and because each guy has to do at least four a day there are a lot to go through.

Waste a lot of time trying to check on whether or not time was properly submitted. Reports fail often, sometimes for weeks on end, sync, no sync. The show accumulated hours check box no longer working. In all, the front end (app) is mostly okay, if ugly as hell. The back end behaves like a really crappy Access database from the 1990's. This is probably the cheapest solution available for smaller companies, but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't touch this if I was paying.
