Ratings and reviews

Generally find it doesn't do what I want it to do, and have to log into the website instead. my most common tasks are running monthly payroll for example and some custom reports (as there is no suitable default report)

Pretty easy to use with good online help. I have opened a Mettle account which effectively makes it free to subscribe. I also use the time slips feature to accurately record billable and non-billable time. No bank linkage to Co-op sadly.

too slow to update .from bank account. shows invoices that are clearly paid still outstanding when I mark them paid ..it then shows a double amount paid. useless
