Send invoices on the go, and get paid faster with online payments and Tap to Pay. And, if you do have any late payers, let FreeAgent chase them for you.

Expenses
Upgrade to a more automated and organised expense management system. Snap expense receipts, upload them to your account from your phone and FreeAgent will extract the information and fill in all the required fields for you.

Banking
Set up a bank feed and let all of your transactions flow into your FreeAgent account in real time. FreeAgent automatically categorises your transactions and matches saved receipts to bank transactions that match the date and value.

Please note you need to have an active FreeAgent account to use this app. Signing up to FreeAgent gives you access to both the mobile app and the desktop version of the software. When you log in to your account on your laptop or desktop computer, you will be able to access extra functionality including:
- RTI-compliant payroll
- MTD-compliant VAT filing directly to HMRC
- Self Assessment filing directly to HMRC for sole traders and limited company directors

Ratings and reviews

The latest update has broken the app, whenever I try to enter a number into total amount it automatically appends ".00" and won't let me change it! So if I try expense a £2.50 item it automatically populates as "£250.00".

Pretty easy to use with good online help. I have opened a Mettle account which effectively makes it free to subscribe. I also use the time slips feature to accurately record billable and non-billable time. No bank linkage to Co-op sadly.

Generally find it doesn't do what I want it to do, and have to log into the website instead. my most common tasks are running monthly payroll for example and some custom reports (as there is no suitable default report)
