So lovely and easy to deal with. I havnt had to claim but have a traveller with a medical condition and they were awesome during the quote process and the price was also great.

Wow, I am so impressed by this whole process. most of the time it is such a hassle buying travel insurance and very confusing. this was so easy to navigate and understand. plus, it was heaps cheaper than I planned on it being. also loved using the promo code to support local environment conservation efforts. Finally, insurance I don't completely despise.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Took more than a week to resolve only to respond that you wont get a claim, and you wont get a money simply if your claim is under $300 even if you have submitted all receipts, lab test.
