They have to concentrate on 3 things mainly 1 is app maintenance is not good at all working. 2 is whenever I want to connect customer service is not connecting. 3 is one day I travelled through freshbus all things are damaged:- small things holder, Watter bottle holder seat pushback is not working.sometimes AC is not working,Bus tracking also not working showing different location.To reach final destination it's took me more than 3 hrs late as per freshbus policy they have to give Rs.1000.

I frequently travel between Vijayawada and Hyderabad using Fresh bus. The buses are clean, safe, and very comfortable — overall a 5-star travel experience. However, pricing is inconsistent. Booking 1–2 days in advance can cost ₹1200+, while last-minute bookings for the same seat drop to around ₹600–₹700. This feels unfair for early planners. Because of this pricing issue, I rate it 3/5 overall.

traveling experience is good but .they are playing with dynamic pricing don't book tickets immediately showing 1050₹. I paid 350 extra for the same ticket. now the price is 700₹🙂
