I would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience and worst app! Everything feels robotic, with no consideration for people or Indian city traffic. It's especially difficult for first-time visitors. The bus tracking feature is useless and provides no real help. Even the exact location link doesn't give proper navigation through any map app. No value for users' time. Very disappointing! Don't encourage. Your money will be wasted. Gives option to cancel but you can't. Even after app update ☹️

That’s frustrating, especially if you had ₹450 and it suddenly shows ₹350. If you mean the Fresh Bus card, the ₹100 difference could be a fare deduction, pending transaction, card fee, or an incorrect deduction.

I was satisfied with their service, the bus was decent, was given water bottle, was punctual. but I was called few days after my travel and was asked to rate while the person was on line. I was gonna rate it positive anyways, but you don't impose on someone to rate while on call.
