Very bad experience with FRiENDi Pay. I sent money 15 days ago, but it still hasn’t reached the receiver, even though the amount was deducted from my account. Customer support only says “wait” without giving any clear update. My money is stuck with no proper response. Not reliable at all. Very poor service.

I can't able to give below 1 star. There is no option for that. I have never seen this kind of app before. No customer care support. And add money to wallet to take more than three days. If you can't keep the server good or app then why did you run the business. If people need to send money in a emergency situation but the app simply said server issue. But debit the money from Bank will be superfast.
