I can't able to give below 1 star. There is no option for that. I have never seen this kind of app before. No customer care support. And add money to wallet to take more than three days. If you can't keep the server good or app then why did you run the business. If people need to send money in a emergency situation but the app simply said server issue. But debit the money from Bank will be superfast.

I had a very good experience with the app until recently. But the recent experience made me review the rating to 1 star. You cannot refund the amount if the balance remains the same as the transferred amount. I added 5000 and tried to transfer. It failed and after 2 days due to exchange rate changes the wallet refunded balance was 4997.52. I cannot refund that since it is not 5000 which I had transferred earlier. The policy is very strange and I stop here using the app again.

I am unable to make a transfer or refund and upon raising complaint they are unable to resolve the issue within stipulated timeframe. They do lack a professional IT and technical team . it's now almost two weeks my money is now nowhere. Now customer care is also not responding. Beware and would advise not to opt for this money transfer app as it's not secured.
