i don't know why, but last time I try to transfer my money, it shows error, I feel my money stuck in this . Dear customer care team, please reply or di something..

Worst experience ever, I tried to add money and the money is in air, deducted from my bank and not showing in friendi wallet account. And I am trying to connect customer service from last more than 12 hours, but cannot connect to tolll free no and also no reply from what's up. I don't know what to do now, I think it's completely trap. They are showing good rate for international remittance and this is the trap where a fell. Finally I managed to talk customer service, let's hope for best.

I can't able to give below 1 star. There is no option for that. I have never seen this kind of app before. No customer care support. And add money to wallet to take more than three days. If you can't keep the server good or app then why did you run the business. If people need to send money in a emergency situation but the app simply said server issue. But debit the money from Bank will be superfast.
