Do not download this app. Completely useless system always not working Zero help from customer support their policy is also very strange you cannot transfer money to another country. Customer representative are very rude wherever you call them scammers at the biggest level. I would suggest using your local bank app to transfer money back home Also another issue once you add money in to your account you cannot withdraw it you will have to send it to someone in your country.

I suspect they're scammers because of the following experience with them, be careful. I started using this app last month. The first month, transfers were quick and easy, but this month, I haven't received any funds in my bank account. The customer service is poor and unprofessional; they keep sending the same response: "Hi Altaf, the beneficiary will receive the money within 3 business days. Have a beautiful day." I forwarded money on August 3rd, and on August 9 still same response.

I am very upset with this app. 2 times cheated me. I transferred money to india its not deposited to account, I registered complaint, then they told 3 working days, after 3 days also it's not deposited, Even not returned to my account, again I registered complaints, then told 7 working days, after 7 days no response. Don't transfer money from this app.
