Anyone who values his time and energy, do not use this app. My money in stuck I there app for over a week now. Neither can I refund it nor can I send it anywhere. I contacted there customer service aswell, registered a complaint, they mentioned it will be addressed and resolved within a 5 working days, today's is a 7th day and no progress. So I called again just now and mentioned according to your 5 days policy, my complaint should have been resolved by now. Now they saw there is no time limit.

I have a request to all the brothers.💔 That there is no trust in this app, i.e. Prendi Pay. Unless it has an office and an ATM card with it. So don't trust it blindly. Because my 1100 riyals are stuck. It neither sends to Pakistan nor refunds.I advise the public to save their money and time by avoiding Prendi Pay. It is an unusable service, and I have been extremely disappointed with it. I contacted them multiple times, but received no effective response, and my issue has still not been resolve

It was a very bad experience. The account was blocked for the first three months. Due to verification, the amount is not being transferred even after verification.
