I love this app. It has great content and works flawlessly. My only complaint is with the DVR. PLEASE add an option to record an entire series of just first run episodes. The only options are to record a single episode or to record them all. I don't want to have my DVR filled with a bunch of rerun episodes. I hate having to go through and delete the rerun episodes. Please add this feature!

Good news, Amanda! We recently introduced a "New Episodes Only" filter on our TV series pages. If you set a show to record all episodes, you can then choose "New Episodes Only" in the dropdown menu to see only episodes that premiered recently on one of our channels.

This streaming service it great when it's not glitching. This recent update has caused delay, glitching, and cutting out in the middle of watching a recorded show (it literally completely closes out back to my smart TV home screen). It also freezes when browsing the guide. These issues should be fixed before you lose customers.

We would recommend running through the troubleshooting steps for your device found in the Frndly TV Help Center. Update : Thanks Frndly for correcting the problem. Love the app. Prior: Problems with app: Last night the app suddenly stopped working. Keep getting error message that "An app didn't load correctly." Force stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still get error. Meanwhile I can continue to watch the program I was Chromecasting despite not having app installed. This morning, it's working but if I go from My Stuff to the Guide, I get the message "program fetch failed 100000".
