Can't use the deposit check feature. It has been an ongoing open case for almost 3 months! I am told it's a glitch. Nothing on my end or there end they say, it's the creator and they are working with them! I don't get off till the bank is closed and I go to work before they are open, so the feature would be beneficial to me, especially since I don't have direct deposit with my work. My account has been overdrafted many time because of this. I'm beyond annoyed, frustrated, and pissed off.

no rating. The other app didn't do as much as this one is supposed to, but it gave me no trouble. My balances are not correct, it keeps logging me out and making me reset it up again. I was never given a link to get the new app or any way to get into the new app. My daughter called them at the bank, a lady with an attitude sent her an email. My daughter sent me the link. They could have done that in the beginning. I am extremely displeased. Also caused me to overdraft twice, I never have before.

It keeps logging me out and i have to reverify my device. And that's IF i even get that far. Most times i try to open the app, i just get a white screen. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times to get it to work. This last time, i reinstalled, it did not fix the problem. Still just a blank screen.
