1. When opting into GreenFi’s Plant Your Change Service, we round up GreenFi Debit Card transactions to the next whole dollar amount and transfer the excess to your Plant Your Change Service Account. For details, visit www.greenfi.com/plant-your-change-FAQ

2. Mission Financial Partners, LLC and its affiliates are committed to "All Extra Services Provided at Cost," meaning that we'll only charge you what it costs us to provide the extra service (such as a wire transfer), and not a penny more. Besides these at-cost service charges, customers may make an optional contribution via the Pay What Is Fair (PWIF) program. Proceeds from the PWIF program are recorded monthly in aggregate and donations are made to nonprofit partners selected by GreenFi within 12 months.

3. GreenFi’s Cash Back program is subject to change at any time and without notice, including reversal of rewards for abuse, fraud, and other illicit activity. Cash Back rewards are generally credited on the first day of each calendar month. For details, visit greenfi.com/cash-back-faq

4. GreenFi’s early direct deposit of funds service is not guaranteed, is subject to payor’s support and the timing of payor’s payment instruction, and is based on a comparison of our policy (www.greenfi.com/funds-availability-policy) of making funds available upon our receipt of payment instruction with the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement.

5. The GreenFi Savings Account’s up to 3.25% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is variable and accurate as of January 2026. Rates are subject to change. I keep getting charged a $2 monthly fee, even if I didn't set it up on their "pay what's fair" option. I asked customer service before and they said it was a glitch & took care of it but it turns out they never fixed it. I've been getting. charged $2 a month. This bank barely pays interest in their savings account. Read the fine print to know what your possible rate might be, depending on how much you deposit. I opened an Aspiration account thinking they were upfront with their fees. Their not.

Recent changes to this app have made it really unfriendly to use! There are 2 pop-ups every single time I open the app that there is no options to not have (asking for biometrics and notifications - if I don't want them, I shouldn't have to be asked every time!). Now, in whatever update has occurred in the last few days, I have to verify my device every single time (even though I am using the same device) and it doesn't make a difference if you select "don't ask me again," it still asks!

For the most part, I liked this bank and the app was good, but the customer service and perks have decreased over the years. Pros: Cashback rewards, plant your change. Cons: Customer service is slow at best, money transfers don't work on weekends, free ATMs are hard to find, and now mobile check deposits haven't worked for Android users for months (that is the only way to access a check with this bank). Because of that, I'm leaving Aspiration after many years of use. Disappointing.
