1. When opting into GreenFi’s Plant Your Change Service, we round up GreenFi Debit Card transactions to the next whole dollar amount and transfer the excess to your Plant Your Change Service Account. For details, visit www.greenfi.com/plant-your-change-FAQ

2. Mission Financial Partners, LLC and its affiliates are committed to "All Extra Services Provided at Cost," meaning that we'll only charge you what it costs us to provide the extra service (such as a wire transfer), and not a penny more. Besides these at-cost service charges, customers may make an optional contribution via the Pay What Is Fair (PWIF) program. Proceeds from the PWIF program are recorded monthly in aggregate and donations are made to nonprofit partners selected by GreenFi within 12 months.

4. 5. The GreenFi Savings Account’s up to 3.50% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is variable and accurate as of October 2025. Rates are subject to change. Can't recommend as your everyday carry, as the benefits don't outweigh the costs. When this was my primary spend card, every couple of months - either when I was traveling or when I was minding my business - they would cancel my card before asking me if something was wrong, with no way to dispute the shutoff. They then wanted to charge nearly $100 to get the card shipped in a few days rather than two weeks. I want my bank to do good, but I also need to be able to access my money.

Their customer service is the worst. I had so many unnecessary fees. When I tried to deposit a check they kept saying there was an issue but I checked with the other bank and there was no issue. Everything was valid. I asked for a reason or how to deposit, they provided nothing and just said good luck. This was really the last straw in long line of other issues so I just closed the account. Do not recommend.

The app doesn't work--it keeps giving me an error message that says, "Oops! Parameter specified as non-null is null." I've reported it multiple times and reinstalled the app with no success. I can log in through the website, but not the app. Updated May 4, 2024. Still can't use the app. Have sent numerous screen shots and spoke with customer support countless times with no fix.
