Actually, the app is better than I expected. I got the pro version, and I'm satisfied. It helped me cut down vaping from 500 puffs per day to 100 in about 2 weeks. I'm quitting slowly after using tobacco and nicotine products for about 15 years. It really put into perspective how much I was vaping so I can make better choices and ultimately quit. Surprisingly efficient.

This app has helped me to be more mindful of my puffs and make improvements each day at my own pace. The quit plan puff limits do not automatically feed to the main page limits, but it's easy to go in to profile and adjust those limits. The support team is awesome! I had upgraded to Pro to get the widget and was having issues. I emailed support, and they not only responded but also followed up when they had corrected the issue and had me try it out before closing the ticket. 10/10 recommend!
