I signed up to pay $5 a month to be able to utilize this app to set time limits on internet for my children and I can't even get past the opening screen. it just gets stuck on please wait while we fetch instructions and spins continuously. I've restarted my phone, cleared the cache, nothing works.

not a trustworthy company. Referrals are meaningless, customer service is non existent. Service can be spotty and goes out at important times when you're working. Will Not send them any future business due to undependable service & referral BS

Best customer service out there you won't find any better they are polite , effecient, and Fast. They have the best Phone, Internet, and T.V. Service by far and the price couldn't get any better, Also the App. Is easy to use and understand so you can keep up with bills and other info. Thank You Kinetic y'all are Awesome!
