It's constantly saying there's devices connected that are not even in the home, it doesn't allow you to successfully reboot anymore without taking 30 minutes. I'm severely disappointed with the quality especially with thr price I pay per month. Looking for alternative home internet options.

Their internet service and app started out working great. On the app, there is an option to view your network, it's no longer accurate. It shows my cell connected all the time, even while I'm away. I can no longer edit network info via the app or turn wifi on/off, clearing the cache, and reinstalling does nada. The service quality has become horrible, I'm considering turning it off. The internet is up and down constantly, and power cycles, reboots, or resets do nothing to fix it.

Wish all functions worked...I used to be able to access the devices connected to my wifi but can not do that anymore...even after an uninstall and reinstall of the app. The feature shows on the app but it is grayed out and you can not click on it. Beyond that...it's nice to manage billing but lost most of its appeal...oh and it's painfully slow to load and the chat option is always experiencing high volumes so good luck getting anyone.
