Horrible service. The internet is extremely spotty and kicks off multiple times a day, multiple times a week. Will not be using this company any longer. It's going up to $99 and it's not even worth the $49 promotion I signed up for. I had to disconnect the Wi-Fi just to type this. I have to reset it, of course, which I just did last night before bed, not even 10 hours ago.. It's now 8:10AM.. Save yourself some time. I'm searching for a more stable and faster provider.

Barely works most of the time. I've been locked in an auto pay screen for weeks, and no matter what I do. Weird bugs are always happening. It would also be nice if they found a way to use the app to tell you about price increases since their company apparently forgets to send emails to over half of their customer base. FYI call windstream if you didn't get an email for each price change. They will credit you each month for a year. but only if you call them out on it.

When I open the app, the only thing it does is bring up the manage payment methods screen. There's a back button, but no matter how many times I hit it, the same page is brought up again. I can't get to the home screen. I can't see my bill. I can't do ANYTHING. I've never had a single good experience with this company, and I wish I had another option for an internet provider. All around trash company
