Horrible service. The internet is extremely spotty and kicks off multiple times a day, multiple times a week. Will not be using this company any longer. It's going up to $99 and it's not even worth the $49 promotion I signed up for. I had to disconnect the Wi-Fi just to type this. I have to reset it, of course, which I just did last night before bed, not even 10 hours ago.. It's now 8:10AM.. Save yourself some time. I'm searching for a more stable and faster provider.

my price keeps going up and up and up. even when I had a locked in intro price it went up almost 30 a month. I started at 45 and now it's 106. they are so crooked. the possibility of down time is soooo really. not a single week I haven't had the internet drop. they are not worth it and the app is ai support. you know, so they dont really have to deal with you being pissed. I'm shopping around now.

Rates have gone up every month since last July. I see they are adding new accounts for $27 a month while mine are over $100 now. I didn't have service for over a month because it took them forever to come out and find out a squirrel was at fault! And they still charged me $93. Which was $20. More than my previous bill. Because of my not wanting to pay them for that my account now says I owe $187. Im paying this month and done. I'll go without rather than be used and taken advantage of by this co
