Horrible service. The internet is extremely spotty and kicks off multiple times a day, multiple times a week. Will not be using this company any longer. It's going up to $99 and it's not even worth the $49 promotion I signed up for. I had to disconnect the Wi-Fi just to type this. I have to reset it, of course, which I just did last night before bed, not even 10 hours ago.. It's now 8:10AM.. Save yourself some time. I'm searching for a more stable and faster provider.

This app doesn't work for more than half the time. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared the cache and for like 99% of the time it shows internet offline. When my internet is clearly working. Only benefit of using this app is to just pay the bill other than that the app is useless when it comes to actually using the other features.

I'm having issues now as I always do! It's extremely frustrating! Maybe I don't want to look at my bill, it probably went up again. It keeps telling me to install the app but I'm in the app. Well, the page that tells me that. It won't let me in. I'm so sick of Winstream. It's changed names approximately six times in the 20+ years I've been a customer and the service isn't any better. It's no longer a monopoly in my rural area so I'm thinking of going elsewhere as soon as I get my ref $
