Horrible service. The internet is extremely spotty and kicks off multiple times a day, multiple times a week. Will not be using this company any longer. It's going up to $99 and it's not even worth the $49 promotion I signed up for. I had to disconnect the Wi-Fi just to type this. I have to reset it, of course, which I just did last night before bed, not even 10 hours ago.. It's now 8:10AM.. Save yourself some time. I'm searching for a more stable and faster provider.

Go Kinetic is a great app in itself, all features work fine. The customer service on the other hand is never English friendly and hard to communicate your issues. I had autopay set up and forgot so I payed my bill twice, this led me down a path of having to talk with customer service for months to pay my bill as they shut down my credit card and check payments in the app. I was told the restrictions would be lifted after 3 months then they said end of the year and now its the start of the year.

I wish I could post some of the screenshots of this app malfunctioning, which it does all the time. They removed the phone number, and the AI chat doesn't work half the time. Even when I contacted a human, they couldn't resolve my internet issues and said I would have to pay for a premium subscription to fix an issue they didn't know the cause of, which was preventing me from working from home. I pay for Internet that doesn't work, and they want me to pay to fix it. Make it make sense.
