Very bad exp. It required users to input a certain message in each transfer (your full name and account in TCBS (aka Techcombank Securities, this app). Even if you transfer money from your Techcombank app, but forgot to input that abovementioned info, your money goes to vague. It doesn't return to your bank account immediately, but they hold it for up to 7 working days. No live support, only chat (with bots), I got issue, the support in this app told me to call the bank. Me being ping-pong.

UI is so complicated and clearly is leading users at certain financial product over basic stock trading. Even the search function on home page doesnt work properly. the lower fees does not justify using this app at all. not to mention deposit and bank account link takes forever to validate fund for trading. update: on the plus size. This app have the best UI to analyze your portfolio.

Slow, sometimes unable to load the stock price although internet connection is stable. User interface is not friendly and some widgets or features are not really useful (e.g.: stock recommendation by zodiac???). Update 1: after following dev recommendation, the app is a littile bit faster (deleting cache, reinstalling the app). It's not really helpful. I changed from 3 to 2 stars. Update 2: the app keeps shittier and shows no improvement (lag, unstable after clearing cache). 1 star.
