Thank you for changing design and not allowing to keep an old one. (sarcasm) upd: increased to 3 stars, even I still don't like an interface. But comparing with other banks mono has +- acceptable transfer limits and commision. At the same time Gorohovskyi against Revolut, so I would not give more stars to mono for that.

Dear monobank, "thank you very much" for selling me e-sim for using abroad which is not working correctly (gives me error while trying to add it to my phone) as a result wasted time and money which is not returned as for now and useless answer of your support (like contact with Airalo and try to resolve on their side). But I paid to mono not to Airalo. All this in situation when I really need mobile Internet and have only hotel Wi-Fi and have to go out. This is not experience I've expected!!!

I've been unable to link this to any of my UK cards or accounts. I don't have ID - I don't drive or travel. Is there a way to open this account another way?
