Dear monobank, "thank you very much" for selling me e-sim for using abroad which is not working correctly (gives me error while trying to add it to my phone) as a result wasted time and money which is not returned as for now and useless answer of your support (like contact with Airalo and try to resolve on their side). But I paid to mono not to Airalo. All this in situation when I really need mobile Internet and have only hotel Wi-Fi and have to go out. This is not experience I've expected!!!

Upd: Got used to the new design. It is great. After first couple launches, the app works fast.

don't buy esim in monobank app. Didn't work on my Samsung S25 Edge. monobank support couldn't help and forwarded me to Esim provider, where I gave up after being unable to proceed without account. This is not what you want to do after 11 hours flight.
