App is still buggy. I deleted an item and when I hit pay for my order that last deleted item was put in the order! Now I have to for it to get shipped to me to return it since they won't modify my order even though it hasn't been fulfilled or shipped. Customer service appears to be out of the country as it's only done via email. Customer service is definitely lacking. Other than that their products is pretty good and comfortable.

Comfrt makes great products except their mobile app. Almost impossible to actually submit a customer support request over the app. It also doesn't allow you to directly cancel an order within the fifteen minute window or make changes (like size or color). Instead you have to submit a request - which pretty much means you have to log onto a computer and reach out there. Really frustrating as the convenience of an app is completely overridden by the difficulty of accessing assistance on the app.

The clothes and everything they sell is very nice. But ever since I got the app my purchases have not been going thru. I called my bank and made sure it wasn't a banking issue and confirmed multiple times that it's not my bank and it's not. I tried to reach out to Comfrt over 5 times to help me deal with this issue and the only thing I got so far was a automated email response. please Comfrt if you're reading this fix the issue with my orders.
