App is still buggy. I deleted an item and when I hit pay for my order that last deleted item was put in the order! Now I have to for it to get shipped to me to return it since they won't modify my order even though it hasn't been fulfilled or shipped. Customer service appears to be out of the country as it's only done via email. Customer service is definitely lacking. Other than that their products is pretty good and comfortable.

The clothes and everything they sell is very nice. But ever since I got the app my purchases have not been going thru. I called my bank and made sure it wasn't a banking issue and confirmed multiple times that it's not my bank and it's not. I tried to reach out to Comfrt over 5 times to help me deal with this issue and the only thing I got so far was a automated email response. please Comfrt if you're reading this fix the issue with my orders.

love the product, hate the App. I always have issues when I try to use it (I mostly avoid it & just stick to the website). Latest issue is I am trying to take advantage of the new "Comfrt Club" promotion & the "Checkout" page will not load... Meaning I am likely going to miss out on this promotion, since it ends tomorrow 😢
