I would give them a higher rating if the Customer Service was better. I did a pre-order Sep 20th, stating my $230 order would be here by Christmas. I am missing a whole outfit, which I've followed up about in an email after the tracking has COMPLETELY Stopped. I was told they would respond to me in 5-7 days & NOT to REPLY to their email or I would be put at the BACK OF THE LINE! RUDE SERVICE!!

comfrt done its thing again..! My family hasn't never been disappointed with anything from comfrt ;ever! The wife and kids love any and everything peice they've designed and put out. We own a little bit of everything from pajamas, blankets , sets of clothing for days. The point being is there great at what they do and we've never had an issue with customer service, material, shipping or anything that they've not fully fixed and made right ,so for that we are greatful and thanks Comfrt family..!!

I was given a 20% off voucher for my first app order. Didn't receive the discount. I was told that if I placed my order before 12/17/2025, I would get it before Christmas. I ordered on 12/10/2025. It's 12/23/2025, and the app still shows my order as "unfulfilled ". I sent an email, no response. I'm going to have to reach out to my credit card company for a refund since I doubt Comfrt would respond to an email request for one.
