In the last version, you forced users to use a much weaker 5-digit numeric PIN instead of a strong long alphanumeric password. Why? Banking identification by face or fingerprint is a very bad idea in a country where anyone can pick up your phone at any time after you've come under shelling. In fact, you are facilitating an unauthorized money transfer. Why?

Добрий день. Перехід на 5-цифровий код-пароль відбувся, щоб забезпечити достатній рівень безпеки авторизації. Можливості сучасних систем безпеки дозволяють спростити для Вас процес входу у додаток, підвищуючи рівень безпеки. При цьому Ви також можете налаштувати інші способи авторизації – вхід по FaceID, або за відбитком пальця.

I'm with PUMB for more than six years, actively using their web service, but the app doesn't work for me - simply cannot log me in. Neither calls to the hotline, nor emails to the app's support can help. It is very frustrating and it will probably make me close all my accounts at this bank, because more and more functions are available for the customer through this app only. 28.10.20 update: after my review the problem was fixed. Thanks to the support team. Will monitor the situation and update my review after I get used to the app.

Terrible app. 1. You will get only 6 months history of payments. 2. They do hide some cancelled operations. So you'll not be able to analyse and control well payments. And app will not notify that operation is cancelled. 3. It lacks search in payments functionality and it is not possible to create reports for periods. 4. Bad communication from bank and developers. They turned of online web banking without notification. 5. You'll not find an option to write request to the bank from app.

Good afternoon. Thank you for your feedback! We will consider your suggestions for future versions of the application. Turning off the web version allows us to improve the mobile app at a faster pace.

What's new

Customize the Home screen by tapping on the gear in the upper right corner. Remove (-) or add (+) cards and accounts, customize the Payments widget, change the location of an account, card, or widget.
