Update Nov 2023: Default crop issue still not fixed. Even when using 16:10 aspect ratio photos, the same as instax wide prints, the app still crops photos roughly 15% from top/bottom/sides. For example, your 24mm lens becomes a 28mm. This is basic photography app stuff, and Fuji refuses to implement a fix. So 1 star. The printer is sitting in my cart, and I'll order one when the crop issue is fixed.

Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We have found that closer the photo size is to W:H=2:3, area that gets cut off wii be smaller. So, if you could adjust the photo size to either 9:16 or 10:16, when taking photo or after, that would help you to print photos in requested size.

Unsatisfied to say the least. I was so excited to use this product and when I finally got it, I notice that the 'Simple Print' mode automatically zooms into your selected photo. And the 'zoom' setting is set to zero. There is a substantial amount of space on the photo that is cut off. I'm not going to use this until it's fixed, I would be losing so much of the photo if I used with this error. PLEASE FIX!!!

Pretty easy to use, but as several others mentioned the app forces your images to be cropped (zoomed in) before it will print them. This makes no sense, a lot of the photos I want to print have already been carefully cropped down, so this extra forced crop ruins the images. It's really quite bizarre that they would do something like this in the app. Why is there no "fit image to frame" option? Besides this major shortcoming I'm pretty happy with it using images that can survive being cropped
