For some reason, every time I try to connect it to my mini 3, it never gives the option to connect it to the mini 3, only 1 and 2. It also says it can be updated, but when I check play store, it says it's fully updated. I have checked, and my phone is supposed to be compatible. Please fix this! EDIT: I already said my OS was compatible, but the auto reply didn't help. The mini 3 is a scam, and this company is very scummy. Do not buy.

This app is useless. It's compatible with my phone, but never works. I made sure that all the permissions were granted, and the settings were correct. The app never connects, even though I was able to pair it with my bluetooth. It constantly gives me an error, saying location permission is needed. On my tablet, there are constant connection issues. I have to turn the printer/my bluetooth on/off to get a stable connection. Instax support is a joke.

I recently updated the app. Before, I’d give it 4 stars for its simplicity. I didn’t need extra features for my project—just wanted to simply print any photo from my phone to film. The app let me autofit any photo chosen to the Polaroid frame in its entirety and print. But after the update, many photos get auto-cropped & a lot is cut out. I have lots of photos in a diff ratio, so it's frustrating having to do extra work just to print a full photo now--something that used to be effortless before.
