FullCourtHQ gives basketball families, coaches, and eligible players and members age 13 or older one clear place to manage the season.

Parents and guardians can:

- See practices, games, training, and team events in one schedule
- Respond to player availability from the event card
- Follow team conversations and important updates
- View team rosters and shared contact information
- Find training opportunities and review registrations
- Review programs, payment status, and billing history
- Switch between linked basketball organizations without another password

Coaches can:

- Keep team schedules and event details organized
- Review player availability before practices and games
- Reach families through team messaging
- Access roster details and team contacts
- Review the team information needed for day-to-day operations

Eligible players and members age 13 or older can:

- Follow linked team schedules and conversations
- Review the programs and access provided by their organization
- Use reporting and blocking tools when a message raises a concern

FullCourtHQ is provided through participating basketball organizations. An existing active account and organization relationship are required for private features. The iOS and Android apps are intended for users age 13 or older in the United States. Available features, programs, and payment options vary by organization.

Team Messaging requires acceptance of the Community Standards and includes clearly labeled tools to report a message and block another account. Blocking stops direct messages in both directions and hides that account's messages in shared team conversations unless you choose to reveal one.

Payments are for real-world basketball programs, training, memberships, club fees, and facility services. Checkout may open in a secure browser surface, and FullCourtHQ confirms completed payment status on the server.
