Fo not watse you money. This whole company does not understand technology. Horrible ui fpr app, horrible website, broken constantly. Really it is a scam to sell you more. I had to click through 30+ add ons to schedule the second lab set. I just wanted the ones I paid for. Nope, I have to wait for slowest site to load and then click no. I show up to my appointment and there is an appointment but no labs. I am trying to contact support but it never works just spins on a blank page.

Do not use this service. I recently purchased this service after seeing all the tests it offered. however, after purchasing the membership I quickly learned that many of the tests it shows on the main web page are at an extra cost and not the bargain it claimed to be. I attempted to cancel only 10 minutes later never using the service. I am still waiting to get a refund after over a week and sending multiple emails. you cannot one click cancel. Terrible business!!!!

I would appreciate receiving notifications for every new result as they become available, rather than random generic alerts. Additionally, once a result has been viewed, it should no longer be marked as “new.” Keeping items flagged as new after they’ve been seen creates unnecessary confusion. Additionally, the volume of email could be reduced. It would be helpful to have the ability to unsubscribe from specific categories of emails instead of opting out of all communications at once.
