Simple app with good options. only drawbacks I have found are the emotion meter at the start and end of each session can't be removed (can be skipped but still adds data), the speed of the exercise can only be adjusted once the exercise has *started*, and false starts still show up on the diary, with no way to remove them. All minor things. Like the customization options - sound, vibration, speed, build your own.

Very pleased! Over the years, I have been suggested bajillion "wellness apps." As a rule, I dislike them all. I actually like this one because it does provide structure for the meditation/ breathing stuff and I do like that, but this is also gimic free. Most wellness apps have a "super fun" or "extra cool" interface that becomes annoying as heck after about 5 min. This is also actually free, though I may donate to it's tounge in cheek "premium subscription" ask anyway. I do benefit from this.

I can't live without this app. Effective, efficient, and clean. It does what I need it to do, and works very well. Breath Ball's animated visual breathing guides are the missing piece for those of us that use breathwork and try to teach others these techniques. Something about the animations in this app (I especially like the wave visual) makes everything click together. I felt different almost immediately. I can't recommend it enough.
