I've found this breathing app to be exceptionally helpful. It offers the flexibility to customize breath counts and session durations to suit your personal rhythm. The design is clean and minimalistic, making it easy to use without unnecessary distractions. A great tool for anyone looking to incorporate conscious breathing into their daily routine.

This is a good app. But it'd be helpful to be able to save multiple custom routines. It'd also be good if the count could go down to 0.25 & 0.5 seconds for inhalation or exhalation to help learn Bhastrika. It'd also be useful to be able to edit the tibetan rhythms for different ratios (but still with escalation). The best breathing app though, thanks!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you like the app. We do plan to add saving a few custom rhythms. But we can't change Tibetan rhythms - it's an ancient Tibetan system not invented by us. :)

It's an understated program that lets you focus on breathing, instead of making you continuously listen to someone speaking. (I understand some people need that, and it's ok, but there's a moment where silence matters more.) Don't be put off by the eventual lack of your favorite 7/2/9.5/3 pattern - you can program it! You can turn off the voice and the metronome, and you'll never get lost while meditating because the sound is a very clear cue. I think it's all you need to breathe and relax.

What’s new

- By your requests we have added new rhythms to the Rhythmic Breathing table;
- Now the training does not stop when your background music is playing;
- For your convenience we have added some switches in Additional Settings;
- In the stats, the green circles have gotten smart - so the longer the workout was, the darker the circle will be. Tap on the circle shows how long the training sessions lasted that day;
- We migrated to a new server to keep your data safe and flexible.
