Quick way to count, track and tally your calories during the day.

Everyone has a personalized number of calories they should eat every day based on factors including their weight, height, activity levels, and weight loss/maintenance/gain goals.

It’s hard to track calorie intake, though, not least because it’s easy to forget everything you eat during a busy day.

Recording your calories as you eat gives you a clearer picture of the calories you are consuming. It also enhances your awareness of food values and nutrient levels, all of which helps you make healthier choices when eating.

Based on your weight, height and activity level, Calory will calculate a suggested daily calorie goal for you. The daily goal will also factor in if you want to maintain, lose or gain weight.

After you know your daily energy requirements, your challenge is to eat the right number of calories!

Calory, meanwhile, will remind you throughout the day to record your calorie intake.

I select breakfast, I go to recent, I couch my item. I'm told it is successfully logged. I go back and see that it is added to lunch. This is a no go. Also, it's difficult to add fractional servings. If you enter everything right the first time or you never split a snack pack with a friend this is the app for you. Otherwise you may want to look for something else.

Fast, easy and visually appealing. I am trying a diet that requires me to reach calorie, protein and fiber goals. I don't want social interaction or workouts or inspirational mumbo jumbo. I started with basic and immediately moved up so I could have the scanner. The database is on par with other nutritional apps. The scanner works. The ability to input items it doesn't find works. And I love the simple visual on the app opening page illustrating very clearly that I need to eat more or eat less.

So far, REALLY good. Very simple, to the point, quick to use. Easy to read. Edit: After using it, my only complaint is that the "remaining calories" number often gets cut off and you can't see the actual number, only the graphic of the spheres. It would be great if by pressing and holding or turning the phone, it would show the full number for "remaining calories"
