Absolutely pathetic service. Do not avail the rentals from here. 1. We had booked for a return well in advance and scheduled pickup for May 24. However that wasn't completed. 2. We were promised a pick up on May 25 morning instead. The pickup has still not been processed. In fact there's no update on the expected pick up. 3. The customer care phone number isn't responding and rejecting calls.

I placed an order for a treadmill through the Furlenco app and selected the available delivery schedule shown at the time of booking. However, the treadmill has not been delivered within the promised delivery period. The expected delivery date has already passed, and I am also unable to schedule or reschedule the delivery through the app. The app does not provide any clear option to confirm a new delivery slot, and I have not received any reliable update regarding when the product will actually.

Worst experience. The team insists on obtaining a 5-star rating while sitting beside you during delivery, but the app has numerous issues. Customer support is extremely unresponsive, especially when you need assistance with ending the subscription. My subscription is due to expire in the next 12–15 days, but since I am barely using the product, I wanted to return it earlier. Unfortunately, the app does not provide an option to initiate a return. I have tried contacting the support number provide
