They said they will fix the product and never came to do it even after 5-6 calls over 2 months. And when it's time for payment they call multiple times in a day. Very poor service and full of lies. Because of this I have not been able to use the RO for even a day and I have paid the rent for 3 months for it. Never gonna use it again. and the website and app is worhless. it is only made to ask rents and for no other service. in name of customer service they just give a pdf to read.

Good at delivering furniture, terrible at after-sales support. My microwave came with an outdated plug that doesn't fit any socket in my flat. I raised a service request and was promised a replacement. For 4 months, I've had repeated calls, missed appointments and even took leave twice to wait for technicians who never showed up. Now they say the model isn't available and refuse to provide an alternative. Asked them to take everything back, but even that hasn't been followed up. Worst service

Worst experience ever with Furlenco. I added 2 items to my cart and completed the payment after adding my address. After payment, they asked for KYC verification via the DigiLocker app. Since the DigiLocker app was not working, I couldn't complete the verification and Furlenco rejected my KYC request. They then initiated a refund, so my money got stuck. I tried a second time, but this time they didn't even give me the option for KYC and initiated the refund again. My money is stuck again.
