Payment will be charged to your credit card at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews automatically (unless canceled) at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed in the application. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Ratings and reviews

Requires you to make a 3 week f/u appt. But impossible to schedule in the app. There is nowhere to schedule an appt. beyond the initial appt. You will pay a lot of money for zero service. Cannot reach a rep by phone, and if they do respond to an email they, it is not helpful. It's just to tell you to call a different number, where they also will not answer.

Terrible app. Wont let you shedule a doctor's appointment or order meds. They have debited my account for 3 months now, to the tune of $1045.oo and I have not received anything. Dont' bother with the customer support email through the app, you'll just get a message that the email is not monitored and refers you to use the online chat, which is completely useless as it doesn't understand anything. You will no get a helpful response. Do not use them! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

They make you pay for the things you want up front & then you have to go do a bunch of testing to see if you even qualify. This is 100% a scam. & good luck getting hold of customer service. Also the "medical assistant" was in pjs & yawning during the entire call. Completely unprofessional.
