So far, I really love the Nutrisense program for weight loss. However, the app is rather unusable in its current state. NS relies on the tracking of data to see how your glucose is being affected. Unfortunately, in its current state, the app crashes whenever you try to log anything other than dinner or exercise. The barcode feature doesn't work either, and all of this causes the app to crash. This is extremely frustrating as a busy person trying to lose weight!

Charged my card 3 times in one week. I had paused my service due to finances. I was unable to resume payments after my pause. I assumed this would extend my 6 month contract. But when I updated my card it charged me twice that day. I contacted customer support and they told me it was because I was behind. Then less than a week later I was charged again for a third month. The payment was applied to a past month where I did not receive coaching, glucose monitors, or use of the app.

The app is very "busy" so it can be a bit overwhelming to unpack all it has to offer- I honestly feel like I'm not utilizing it to its full benefit because I still feel a bit overwhelmed everytime I open it. This is also the first nutrition program that I've taken part in where I wasn't asked what foods I enjoy eating and what food I dont enjoy so that my program could be better tailored for me.
