The tracker is suddenly stop you cant monitor in real time

I think after the update, the ip and port settings were changed and my device suddenly stopped. But I messaged the company which I bought the device from and they were very helpful. They sent me the correct ip and port settings and after that the device works fine again with the app.

It worked well for about a year. Since then, it stopped working. When I searched on their website, it stated that I had an outstanding fee (欠费）message. No info given on how to make payment.
