Ratings and reviews

I am a dissatisfied customer of almost 20 years, victim of Galaxus cracking down on fraudulent returns & punishing innocent customers like me by error. They made big deal of waiving a testing fee for tests they (not me) requested but apparently they sometimes charge customers when refusing returns. They declined to replace / refund my legitimately damaged product under guarantee, claiming their tests revealed external influence, presumably implying I broke it. I used it so I know that is wrong.

Asks for ID, upload does not work. Update: selling used items as new, do not refund full value when returning DoA items.

Can't pay with PayPal because of mobile data, even if connected to Wi-Fi. What even is that??
