Ratings and reviews

Does not have basic reader functionality from over a decade ago. No page numbers, zero chapters, just a vague percentage of the book. Will NEVER pick up where you left off, and it resets your page even if you tab out. Zero offline reading. I regret ever spending money through this. This has to be the most user hostile reader. Avoid this like a virus bomb.

Easy to buy and download books. Not the best interface. As others have said, need to be signed in to access your books, which doesn't make sense as I have already paid for them. It sometimes doesn't register your progress and kicks you back to a previous page. No bookmark feature like Google Books has, which can be annoying as I liked to bookmark the "Dramatis Personae" page. I really hope they update this app to be better.

Three big gripes. Purchases are not cross compatible. The app can *not* be used at all without network, and downloaded materials is unaccesable if you can't log in because it's stuck inside the appdata and you'd need some kind of 3rd party against TOS tool to get it out. Both of the last two gripes could be fixed if the first gripe was, but I doubt that will happen.
