I thought, "this will be a great way for me to play around with army lists." Except it's not. I have to subscribe to Warhammer+ to make more than one army. I also need to buy a codex to get any info on my units. A codex which has been sold out for months. I literally can't find it anywhere. This is ridiculous. Such a useless "free" app that requires you to spend at least $70 to use. Like I haven't already paid a lot of money for minis, tools and paint lol.

I really enjoy the app, and it's more convenient than flipping through several books and printed FAQs to find the rule I am looking for. I also appreciate that the team is on top of rule changes and FAQs. I rate the app only 3 stars because unit datasheets should not be locked behind a paywall. Let alone only available after an expensive physical book purchase. Especially when those datasheets were free before the codex release.

1 star. It has the worst interface out of any tabletop game app. It is free, until the book that corresponds with that section drops, then it is locked down until you buy the book. At the same time, you pay a subscription to use the list builder, but if you don't have the book, then you only have half the information in the app. Other game companies have better interfaces, and are free. At least figure out how to make this usable if you are going to charge.
