Introducing the new and improved GAP Draught app! We've redesigned the experience to give you powerful, real-time insights into your draught portfolio.

Here’s what’s new:

Comprehensive At-a-Glance Overview: The new home screen provides a complete dashboard of your performance. Instantly track key metrics including your Tap KPI Score , market share breakdown by volume (hL), number of taps, and outlets , month-over-month performance, and overall tap cleaning scores.

Actionable Insights and Details: Drill down from the overview screen to get detailed lists of underperforming and "zero taps". These lists identify the specific outlets and taps that require attention, allowing you to take quick and informed action.

Enhanced Outlet Management: Use the new "Check-In" feature to see a list of all outlets in your portfolio, helping you prioritise your visits based on MTD KPI %, Market Share %, and the number of Zero Taps. Once you check in, you can view a detailed performance snapshot of that outlet, covering everything from equipment health and cleaning scores to glassware allocation and open support tickets.

Integrated In-App Support: Resolve issues faster than ever. You can now raise a support ticket directly through the app or use the integrated messaging feature to chat with the support team.
