the app is fine, does what it needs to. I wish I could be notified about purchases or changes so I can know the second I get paid. other than that it works well

This mobil app continue to state error and will not go to the log in screen. This app use to work, but now there are issues that can not be worked out by the tech department. Disappointed! Computer log in works fine. Can someone correct this.

Constantly freezing, difficult to navigate, poorly put together. Huge hassle just to check my balance since my account gets locked without notifying me every couple months because the password needs changed (??)
