Worst experience ever. It took me one and half hour just to book a seat. I had to restart the app at least 100 times. Sometimes the pick up point would not appear and the other times the drop point. During this struggle, I missed a coupon and also the cost went up by 100. In a business, you need to be serious about the ease of booking at least. The app developer needs to go to school again.

I am yet to travel on the bus. But my booking experience has been very bad. The fare shown in the app is not what it shows up after the payment is done. In the middle of me booking, the app automatically refreshed and the ticket got booked for a different date. After I cancelled the ticket, I have not received the refund money, even after more than a week. The option to chat with/ call the representative is also not working. Overall I would not recommend this app at all. Utterly useless app.

App is so so. The ticket costs while seat selection are different and get increased while booking. I felt unfair that the cost was increased at the time of booking. The noise in the bus is bad. It is not a quiet travel as marketed. They could do more to reduce the use of plastics. Bottled water can be an optional service.
