Booked my ticket for 3rd May 2025, 10:20 am. And they canceled one hour from departure. And NueGo didn't provide alternate busses, what's the point in booking if that can cancel. When called to the customer care, they just say the busses are canceled (that I know from message I got). Refund will take 5 to 7 business days. Till then I have to keep this useless app.

The bus is always late. There is always a price hike until they can't sell the tickets. No water onboard. Poor AC and bus condition. The app logs out frequently. Overall a bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Worst travel experience ever. First time booking with this travels, expecting good service. Live tracking was inaccurate, and the pickup link and driver’s contact number were wrong. After reaching the correct pickup point, the driver asked me to go to another location along the highway at night. Thankfully, I had someone with me. The app claims to ensure women’s safety—is this safety? The bus also reached nearly an hour late.
