Needed to do laundry at a hotel. This app requires name, address, e-mail, confirmation of your email, phone number, and a credit card or Google pay, which is far, far more information than the situation warrants. Then it never shows how much the load will cost to run, but won't let you add less than $10 to your account, and tries to auto subscribe you into refilling the balance whenever it hits zero. I deleted the whole thing, got quarters, and used the machines on the next floor.

scanning the QR code every time instead of having the washer/dryer saved is absurd. also, no way to check if machine is in use before hand which is wasted potential. alarm for when the load is done doesn't work either. no custom amount for adding funds means there's always money leftover. easy fixes, if anyone on your team cares.

No way to check the status of the cycle. Rarely notifies you when it's complete. Payment interface gives you network errors intermittently, then adds funds repeatedly. This app should not have been released in it's current state.
