I used this app at a hotel I was staying at. Whenever I scanned the barcode to start a cycle, I would get an error message. It took 20 min AND a hard reset from the hotel staff to get it to work correctly. I've been trying to obtain a receipt for expense purposes for a week now with no luck. The app does not provide any of that information, you can only view a list of your transactions. Don't bother calling customer service because they'll transfer you to the same 5 dept. with no help. It sucks!

Biggest POS app tries to nickel and dime you every corner. QR code to get the app didn't lead to app store, just to an ad-filled web page with 10 different ads that all looked like legitimate links to download app AFTER they demand your credit card info. One of those fooled me and I'm convinced I'll have to cancel my credit card in the near future. Finally searched app name in the app store and it won't accept anything less than $10 at a time and won't tell you cost of running machines 👎👎🏻

For assistance with connecting your washer and dryer to WiFi, please contact our Connected Home support team at 1-800-220-6899 or email connected@help.geappliances.com. While the location sets the cycle price, the app takes a load minimum of $10, as this is the approximate cost of a day’s worth of laundry in most facilities. Adrian@Launderday

Needed to do laundry at a hotel. This app requires name, address, e-mail, confirmation of your email, phone number, and a credit card or Google pay, which is far, far more information than the situation warrants. Then it never shows how much the load will cost to run, but won't let you add less than $10 to your account, and tries to auto subscribe you into refilling the balance whenever it hits zero. I deleted the whole thing, got quarters, and used the machines on the next floor.
