The SmartHQ Management app streamlines the process for Property Managers to connect and set up appliances within the SmartHQ Management Dashboard. Using the mobile application, property managers and owners can link appliances to their WiFi network, designate building, and floor locations, and assign unit or room numbers established in the SmartHQ Management Portal. Additionally, they can create unique names or labels for each appliance to facilitate identification within the SmartHQ Management Portal.

I read that this app was easy to use and could help me remove some of my old SmartHQ appliances, so I installed to immediately be presented with an impassable question for a customer code. I have a SmartHQ account, but that is not what it wants. The intro page of this app doesn't even tell me where to find a customer code. Obviously not a very easy app to use.

Management of your laundry is horrible. Afterwards i dont like the fact that they manage the finances. No costumer service number available. And its a nuisance not having access to troubleshoot machines. yup its a horrendous application. someone make better software for these machines.

app sucks. it closes in middle of use, trying to load/ connect appliance

What’s new

This release introduces an enhanced Management Dashboard, Commercial Laundry account registration, and screen recording capabilities. We’ve also improved the first sign-in experience, property creation and deletion workflows, and room visibility by displaying non-connected appliances. You can now view fault details by appliance, while redesigned notification groups and offline notifications provide a more streamlined experience.
