Ratings and reviews

Its not user friendly. No way to filter products to find out what is available and where. I was impressed that my first sample package arrived fairly quickly. But disappointed that 1 of my orders had the bottom of the print cut off. I asked Gelato staff about a replacement and they have told me how to do this, but are ignoring answering if it can be replaced at no cost. I wasn't contacted by the print company before they printed it. My 2nd package hasn't arrived yet. Not reliable sadly.

It's a nice app to check on your things but it will not allow me to take my templates and turn them into a product and add it to my Etsy

I reinstalled the app after uninstalling it to make sure to put in my review. I was shocked when I recieved my package yesterday. It looked like dollarstore quality. Packed against the bottom of the box not protected from banging around looked like it was just thrown in there. I took it out of the box & the hardware behind the frame extremelly loose, not staying secure was all coming apart. I immediately cancelled my subscription with gelato. I couldn't believe it. What a joke. Never again.
