Ratings and reviews

We still have to take a picture to submit a paperless receipt. There is technology that will scan your last x amount of purchases from a site and give credit. You need to catch up to the times. I don't get receipts from Kings or Walmart when I shop online through their pickup, this makes more steps. This app is ok but could greatly be improved.

This app has improved since it originally came out. Cutting out physical box tops was much simpler and our kids enjoyed getting involved, which they can't do with this. This app still seems to be mostly a ploy to be able to advertise to you more. I gave it three stars (originally 2) because it does technically work most of the time, which provides some benefit to schools.

So disappointed with the Box Tops app. It will never accept the digital receipt they email me.. and this is the biggest way I purchase BoxTops products. I have attempted to submit them multiple different ways and report missing credits to no avail. When that failed I've emailed BTFE as instructed with no credit given. What a hassle and such a waste of time. Doesn't capture rural grocery receipts either. So sad that a program that used to help our children doesn't anymore.
