*Dear Support, your app doesn't support login with Microsoft if you have a third party saml 2.0 and/or 2FA enabled. You're welcome for the free troubleshooting.* When signing in with a Microsoft account, you are put into a sign-in loop, so the app is completely unusable. need a solution for this.

*Dear Support, pretty sure your app doesn't support login with Microsoft if you have a third party saml 2.0 and/or 2FA enabled. You're welcome for the free troubleshooting.* When signing in with a Microsoft account, you are put into a sign-in loop, so the app is completely unusable. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

As a Contact Center Manager, I thought this app would do wonders for me. However, it does not work with my Samsung Note 8. I have emailed support several times within the year and have yet to receive any type of response.
