We know that for you, having a tool that allows you to better organize and plan out your day is a necessity, and the ability to do so on the go, essential. Genesys Tempo empowers you to achieve a healthy work-life balance from anywhere at any time. Through this app, you can:

* View your schedule.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed.
* Keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently.
* Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity.
* Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur.
* See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests.
* Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board.
* Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.

Terrible experience logging in. The app will not load each time I try to get into it. It just spins. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Then it may say there isn't space to reinstall. This is such an inconvenience.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially having to reinstall and then running into storage issues. That’s not how the app should behave. We have an updated version on the way that improves loading and login performance, and should fix this. We appreciate you sticking with us while we get this resolved.

Doesn't last a week without having the error, "error getting user, the connection timed out". When that error message shows, I can't sign in and the only workaround is to uninstall then re-install the app.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our users. We appreciate your feedback. We released an update yesterday that should have fixed the issue. Could you please make sure you have the latest version installed, and let us know if it has been resolved?

app keeps crashing. Now i cannot log in, it just keeps spinning and spinning. Like others, I have to uninstall and reinstall in order for this app to work. Utterly useless if I have to keep doing that.

Thanks for sharing this. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with repeated crashes and getting stuck on the login screen, especially when reinstalling feels like the only workaround. This is not the experience we want for you. We do have an update coming soon that is focused on improving these login issues. Thank you for your patience.
