We know that for you, having a tool that allows you to better organize and plan out your day is a necessity, and the ability to do so on the go, essential. Genesys Tempo empowers you to achieve a healthy work-life balance from anywhere at any time. Through this app, you can:
* View your schedule.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed.
* Keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently.
* Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity.
* Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur.
* See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests.
* Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board.
* Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events.

Super simple app that while it does the job, it constantly crashes, my phone is always reminding me to put the app in "deep sleep" due to frequent crashes. Have to open the app about 3 times before it decides to show my schedule. The only app I have used that has this issue

I really wish the company I work for would find better programs instead of the absolute cheapest piece of garbage out there. This app is trash, I have to reinstall it every time I need to use it and there are always syncing errors. not an internet connection thing either. I'm only having problems with this app specifically.

Logs me out and when I have to log back in, it doesn't do anything or give me an option to. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Please fix the bugs ASAP
