I downloaded the updated app and once I open it the app just Paused at the Initial Red Screen and stays there. I cannot even enter the App. How can I add data or check my Data Usage if I can't enter the App? The New Update is Not Worth the trouble. keep the old Version if you want to Manage your Genmobile Services and account.

have tried multiple free phone plans,and I can assure you that genmobile is by far the most reliable,also their chat support and customer service is what makes them stand out. handled two issues for me, helped me stop the transfer of service and keep me connected

The app wasn't letting me sign in, but after 8 easy minutes on the phone, everything is signed in and running smoothly. I loved how nice and competent my customer service agent was.
