Well download the app but can't figure ns where you create an account with them. It goes right to phone number and password. I got the phone number but I never created a password. I tried using the reset password and it said it sent a email, but where did they send the email to because it didn't go to my emails l address also I never set up an account with my email yet. This is confusing, I just need to o go back to T-Mobile. At least there apps and websites are easy to navigate and make sense.

I've had my gen mobile phone for about 3 weeks now. I've had absolutely no drop calls perfect service. cell phone quality is absolutely perfect. before this I was with Sprint for 30 years, and the phone quality is just as good as Sprint or any of the other larger companies. the only reason I gave it three stars is I've only used it for a short time. but I am sure after a few more weeks of using the phone and getting used to it five stars will be coming soon.

I give a 5 star. The lady who handled my phone was Erica. she gave me a great deal for a awesome phone, she waited patiently for me to pick it up. when we finally were able to meet up to get phone she was very professional and i have had no problems. the only issue is my 4 GB wore out fast because of all the downloading of apps again. however, I can Still make calls and text but it's just not as fast as when I first got the phone. still good standing on my end. just need a case.
