Well download the app but can't figure ns where you create an account with them. It goes right to phone number and password. I got the phone number but I never created a password. I tried using the reset password and it said it sent a email, but where did they send the email to because it didn't go to my emails l address also I never set up an account with my email yet. This is confusing, I just need to o go back to T-Mobile. At least there apps and websites are easy to navigate and make sense.

Happy with the app, Customer service is helpful & friendly, also pretty quick with the response time. I did have one difficulty on the App, with the application process, and my phone has turned off twice by its self even though it was charged, but other then that everything works fine. I've had no other problems. Overall I'm satisfied with the phone and the App since I've had it for about 3 months now. 👍😄

I basically have a electronic device that I got new from Gen Mobile, but I don't feel like I'm in any better of a situation than I was before I got the phone. It doesn't seem like a new device, but I do know that you get what you pay for. It has issues charging, it laggs, it shuts off on it's own. it is just low quality. With that being said I might leave already and give it 2 stars.
