Not very user friendly. Trends are difficult to see, finding old data is difficult, graphs are not obvious, no ability to change graph to fit uour goals. For example, I'm trying to lose weight, my weight graph is from a few lbs to 300 lbs, therefore the graph is a straight line with no visible change even though the numbers support a 25lb weight loss. It should allow you to plug in goal and that is the low number on graph.

When trying to login the app keeps asking for my account. Have no idea what it wants and there's no customer service phone number to call listed. So, when there's a problem, how is an individual supposed to get a solution to it? If by writing a review or emailing tech support is the only way m, then this app should never been available for download. Called the number in the instruction manual and was told to down load the Renpho app which isn't much better.

This app is horrible. To start off it was cumbersome to get connected, raised my bp just during set up! The blood pressure machine and app don't connect in time to capture all the numbers. I tried it for 2 weeks and decided I'll just keep using a handwritten log like i used to. Very disappointing. I'll be uninstalling as soon as i post this review.
