It's unclear. After the login, you are taken immediately to a search results screen that you didn't generate. It feels like you answered the phone and your caller is already 10 sentences into a story and you're not sure what's happening. There are heavily text-based sections that seem tedious. Conversely, there are many sections lacking any instruction or direction at all. Just like the website, It's everything you'd expect this state to put out there.

I downloaded the app . I am able to look for jobs but not able to file a weekly claim. When I try it takes me to an error message. I have to use google search and when neworks comes up I am able to log in and file weekly certification. Last week it took over 2 hrs to file. When I added my jobs applied for and required weekly searches it would quit and take me back to starting my weekly certification over and lost all info I had entered. Jobs I had applied for and documented were not there .

I used this app a lot just to look at jobs in my area, but now I can't skip the login to look at jobs anymore it just says call has been timed out. This app has really gone downhill since I first used it to look at jobs.
