This is not worth it. I verified my device. I switched my SIM to another phone for less than an hour to do some troubleshooting and now I have to reverify the same device. Not to mention it requires location permission all the time just for coverage. No thank you. Other services don't require you to jump through all these hoops for coverage. Not worth the hassle. Uninstalling.

This is by far the worst insurance ever dealt with! I filed a claim 5 days ago for a broken screen. They want you to take a video of your broken phone while logged into the app, pull up the keyboard and specific portions of the app, and then flip your phone over all in one video. And if you can do that with a broken phone, you then have to upload it to their app, and then wait for someone to review it, only for it to get denied. Still not resolved! So if your phone's broke, this is useless!

okay so, first of all I'm not sure why people are having issues with this company. I was able to get my phone replaced by them all I had to do was give proof the battery was broken and not working. once that was completed the company accepted the repair quote they confirmed request for the new phone would be approved. they sent the money over in a couple of days and I was able to get a new phone. this was over a year ago, and I even got the insurance on my upgraded phone. Highly recommend.
