Unlike the bad reviews, I have had a great experience. Dropped my brand new phone while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I started a claim immediately and in 24 hours I turned in my phone for the repair. I agree that the password part is confusing, but I am very relieved I bought this plan. I did have to use the website more than the app for my claim but that was due to the app being on my shattered screen phone. I am telling my friends to try this.

The entire concept of this app is INHERENTLY beyond worthless. How am I supposed to use a cell phone app to make a claim for a lost or severely damaged (ie: unusable) cell phone!? It would be pointless cruft even if I had another phone - info and claims should just go through USMobile. Forcing download of an app that offers no benefit is annoying at best, and potentially much worse (spyware? selling data? denying claims not made - impossibly - from the problem device?)

This was incredibly difficult to register for. But since it has been registered it seems fine. I don't like the permissions it asks for but I understand their reasoning.
