This is not worth it. I verified my device. I switched my SIM to another phone for less than an hour to do some troubleshooting and now I have to reverify the same device. Not to mention it requires location permission all the time just for coverage. No thank you. Other services don't require you to jump through all these hoops for coverage. Not worth the hassle. Uninstalling.

Unlike the bad reviews, I have had a great experience. Dropped my brand new phone while getting out of my car and the screen shattered. I started a claim immediately and in 24 hours I turned in my phone for the repair. I agree that the password part is confusing, but I am very relieved I bought this plan. I did have to use the website more than the app for my claim but that was due to the app being on my shattered screen phone. I am telling my friends to try this.

I'm extremely happy with how the AKKO app partnered with Usmobile works on Android. The interface is great and very user friendly. Most importantly, the communication with their team has been excellent, they made the entire process to get my device quick and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for hassle free protection! shout out to Neil for his great support and communication.
