A URL filtering service that establishes a VPN to your device's loopback interface, enabling it to intercept and filter web traffic. Our implementation of the VPN service ensures secure and controlled Internet access by blocking tracking, malware and unwanted or malicious URLs and content without routing your traffic to a remote VPN.

APE Shield™ blocks unwanted websites before they load and shows you exactly where your device is trying to connect. Run it locally or manage your devices remotely, with the ability to rely on our continuously updated filters and the option to block specific sites by creating your own custom filter lists.

APE Shield™ is a security application that makes use of URL filtering technology to control which websites a user can access by blocking or allowing specific URLs or categories of URLs. You can run it locally on your device or manage multiple devices remotely from a GetAPE™ Control Center account. Outputs a visual display of a world map showing you where your device connects to on the Internet.
