Connection between device and phone can be spotty. I find I need to set it to higher sensitivity to get it to register any rep. Annoyingly, this can't be a setting, but just be reset before every new exercise. The app itself is not very user friendly, has made minimum documentation or instructions/tutorials. Videos on YouTube are 30sec promo clips. I received this as a gift, so I'm willing to stick with it to see if there are improvements. If I had purchased this on my own, I'd have returned it.

The concept is there, the usability unfortunately is quite bad. When it actually tracks reps (be sure to use higher sensitivity) it gives good insight, but half the sets it misses one or more reps, or invents reps that were never performed. Manual editing of reps (which you will need said half of sets) is clunky at best. All in all I would say the sensor is ok, the app itself is way worse than my daily driver for workout tracking.

So far it is making my training more annoying, rep detection is not accurate. I usually like doing supersets, very annoying with gpath, totally missing superset option. Bodyweight excercises like pull ups should be able to be set bodyweight + additional weight, with body weight being taken from the user profile for all body weight exercises. Missing option to duplicate existing workouts. Search for excercises doesn't properly work "machine chest" gives zero results.
