How to Schedule a Visit:
- Submit a request for a day and time that works for you.
- Get matched with the best physical therapist for your condition for your entire course of care.
- In-person at-home and also via televisit.
- Your therapist prescribes specific exercises for your treatment plan through our app and monitors your progress in-between sessions.
- Message your therapist outside of your sessions for support.

This is that only way I have to manage appointments for my elderly mom, everytime I open the app it wants me to update my password. I can't get beyond that point. I've reinstalled it, no change. It worked for about a week, then this. Fix the app! Or allow access to accounts on as regular computer.

EXTREMELY pleased with my therapist. She was able to identify and help me work on an issue that developed after surgery. An issues even the Drs. couldn't figure out! She is open to any needed adjustments...push me harder or back off Impressed with the easy ability to check my appointments, exercises and short reminder videos, easy and quick communication! Soo impressed I requested the same therapist for this second surgery and, once again, am having great healing results!

The therapist was great. Scheduling works well. Response time from concierge is great. There are some quirks with app. But the biggest problem is billing. There is no billing through the app. Once the service is complete, you have to jump through hoops to figure out whether you're paying the right out of pocket amount. I primarily blame the US healthcare system but I am docking two stars for the lack of billing transparency. Luna, you gotta disrupt this space even more! For now, I can't use it.
