Ratings and reviews

It's a convenient way to have your PT exercises on your phone but has problems. 1. If you are part way through your set of exercises and you accidentally click out of it, you cannot click back in and start where you left off, it makes you start over. Stupid. Also, if you "start workout" and get all the way through, then click "log workout" and check the exercises that you completed, it actually counts your workout twice. Please fix.

The therapist & employees of this company are great! I understand an app only format is convenient for most, however, not when the patient is elderly & unfamiliar with apps & technology. My father cannot understand how to use the app, & I had to download it on my phone & be there to help him or give him my phone. My biggest issue is that I am unable to at least DL the app onto a laptop or desktop that would be bigger & way easier for him. Wish we could have a desktop/laptop option! Inconvenient!

EXTREMELY pleased with my therapist. She was able to identify and help me work on an issue that developed after surgery. An issues even the Drs. couldn't figure out! She is open to any needed adjustments...push me harder or back off Impressed with the easy ability to check my appointments, exercises and short reminder videos, easy and quick communication! Soo impressed I requested the same therapist for this second surgery and, once again, am having great healing results!
