best customer service of any mystery shopping app! rewards are easy to redeem and points stack up super fast! anytime I go to a store I make sure to check mobee because there is likely a mission. I've been using them for 3.5 years and I've never had a problem redeeming or submitting missions. the reason I say they have the best customer service is j was locked out of my email and they were super responsive, also a technical issue all of the camera features in app were upside down, they fixed it

I used to really like pm one of the top paying secret shopping apps along with having a simple design and also there's usually a bunch of missions to do. I made almost $15 my first shop, all for doing 3 missions at one store. Now however, Everytime I click on a mission, then try to view it, I says "something went wrong. Please try again" it's been going on for at least a month. I've opened multiple support tickets and directly emailed them. Still haven't heard anything back.

This app really does pay. I've had a couple shops declined out of the many I have done. My problem is that I've had several shops that I start and get a couple questions in, take a picture, but the "next" button doesn't appear for me to proceed. I've reported it each time, and they say something about losing network connection. Once or twice, I've had them give me a small credit for the issue. Today, I had it happen on 2 different shops at different locations.
