Poor User Interface as I struggle to understand how the app works, I have uploaded a total of about 160k worth of receipt, yet 2,700 is the only sum available on my dashboard and when I try to purchase airtime with it, I'm told I have only 274NGN available to spend. The ads are minimal now, else I would have concluded that they are only after making money from the multiple ads we watch.

I'm so disappointed 😞 I was told I would enjoy using it, but the app is still amateur... How can I install it on my new device and log in to become a problem? It is my logging details, but it keeps saying wrong credentials. So annoying, I did a major shopping because of this and now the receipts won't work because bronze users only have 2 days before the receipts become invalid. I sent a mail, but there is no response, not even an acknowledgment.

Please notify your users that the app is currently not functioning properly. Due to this issue, the expiration date for snapping receipts may need to be extended, as many users are unable to use the app to snap their receipts. Additionally, there are too many ads that needs to be addressed.
