This app runs horribly. Using the webpage on a computer works the best but even that can be iffy. When using the app on android it will constantly think it is a different day, even when you first open the app. Often times months in the past. I will have to completely close the app and reopen it to solve the issue, which doesn't always work. If I go to my home screen and reopen the app it will do it too, even if it was just on the correct day.

I have used Timely for a couple of years. Now it is so glitchy. New clients consistently cannot book online; it is losing me business. I have contacted support numerous times; they always ask to get the client to send a screenshot! I am not going to start asking new clients I've never met to help troubleshoot the app! It really gives a bad impression of my business now. I am actively looking for a replacement.

After the update it is not usable on my samsung phone. Crashes after 30 seconds. When i try to scroll down it jumps back to the top constantly. Takes a long time to load , half the time it just wont load. I had to buy a laptop to be able to continue using it as i paid upfront for 1 year highest membership. Works well on laptop . I do love all the functions. Just dissapointing that it no longer works for samsung phones, as i would like to be able to manage bookings when im not home too.
