Worst app and extremely disappointing experience! You book an appointment with a doctor after waiting for several days, and then some other doctor calls you instead. On top of that, the doctors are not even polite or professional while speaking to patients. What is the point of booking a specific doctor if another doctor is going to call without any proper communication or explanation? This is completely frustrating and unprofessional. Very poor service and a terrible overall experience.

It used to be a reliable and simple to use App in the past. However, lately it has become too complicated, many crashes and irrelevant options while navigating through the app. First, they are rejecting valid reimbursements left and right. you have to spend so much time following up via their incapable customer service to get it sorted. Like many have suggested, their customer care lies a lot and quotes terms and conditions in their defense. Absolutely worthless using this app.

one of the worst services ever experienced. they don't even know basic parameters of the test, even if one tries asking they won't be able to find it. calls with long queues will be cut on pickup, tickets are marked as resolved without any resolution. Experts in claiming that solution will be provided in 30 minutes which never happens.
