Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. Delivery of essential medicines was delayed by two days without proper communication. The app shows a “Cancel Order” option, but it does not work. Customer support keeps asking for unnecessary prescription verification details, even after documents are provided. This is medicine, not a luxury item. Extremely frustrating and unreliable service.

After Booking health checkup and giving your blood sample - there's no way to contact them to check the status. The app says no booking history itself when I have the service ID too with me. When you call their number, it'll start queue from 18, by the time you'll reach 1, call will get disconnected. Not sure why companies do not get serious about customer support. Everyone's focusing on selling, after selling, no accountability.

This is a useless app 1. In case you want to book an appointment on same day, it does not show you any slots, whereas you can book the same offline with the same doctor. 2. Same doctor is not empanelled where you book and visit pays which is empanelled on visit books for you. 3. Medicine delivery is pathetic; First of all they take decades to digitize your request, with multiple to and fros. secondly there are very limited partners, less discount and huge delivery fee, for the pathetic service
