Ratings and reviews

Trying to get a reimbursement issue resolved with them is just traumatizing. These folks can't arrange a single callback in 3 days, I need to spend 30 mins everyday just to get on a call with their team, that too disconnects so many time. They'll just straight up lie that it'll be resolved in one day and nothing happens, don't even have the courtesy or respect for someone else's time to inform them of any possible delay. Such a horrible experience.

Very bad app. Their support staff tells you all kinds of lies. They have no control over the affiliated labs and they promise best of service. Cant provide reports in time despite regular follow ups. Wait time to connect to their call center is way too high and chat bot in app is disappointing. Opt for other apps if you can. You mentioned you resolved the issue...pls let me know how many days you took to resolve

This is a useless app 1. In case you want to book an appointment on same day, it does not show you any slots, whereas you can book the same offline with the same doctor. 2. Same doctor is not empanelled where you book and visit pays which is empanelled on visit books for you. 3. Medicine delivery is pathetic; First of all they take decades to digitize your request, with multiple to and fros. secondly there are very limited partners, less discount and huge delivery fee, for the pathetic service
