Ratings and reviews

App has bug. Not able to book appointments or make payment. Ticket 21585493 raised but no resolution. Customer care is deceiving. I am not able to reach the customer care. 'All agents are assisting other guests' is the repetition message you will get. Then after some time you get a call from customer care which disconnected the instant the call is picked up. This is happening from the day the ticket is raised. Please clarify if these are coincidences or deliberate attempts to evade.

I booked lab tests worth 8k through the app with my nearest lab. The partner confirmation which is supposed to be done in 4 hours took a day. The contact support is a completely preloaded menu and there's no one to talk about your issue. Even the support has no reply or response. Your money just hangs there in confusion. Recommend to stay away unless you are availing free corporate checkups. At the point of writing the review I still haven't received any update on confirmation.

Visit will delay the reimbursement process because you don't book cashless option from them. These people will charge extra for medical procedure (50-100% of actual charges) Very poorly built app, never responds on time. we have to close and open the app 2-3 times to get all options. Very poor support from the app.
