⭐ 0 Star–Very Disappointing Service The service experience with Visit App has been really disappointing. They seriously need to improve their customer service and overall user experience. The app interface is not very user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and manage orders smoothly. More importantly, I had an issue with the medicines ordered. The medicine mentioned in the prescription was not provided, and instead, I was pushed to accept a substitute. Worst health app ever.

It used to be a reliable and simple to use App in the past. However, lately it has become too complicated, many crashes and irrelevant options while navigating through the app. First, they are rejecting valid reimbursements left and right. you have to spend so much time following up via their incapable customer service to get it sorted. Like many have suggested, their customer care lies a lot and quotes terms and conditions in their defense. Absolutely worthless using this app.

TOTALLY USELESS APP. it logged me out of my personal insurance policy when I tried to add corporate one. It failed to add the corp and now there's no option to add my personal one back. I switched orgs 2 mo later. it still is showing the older account however many times I try to add the current one. moreover, it has limited options in the contact us section. Now I have to go through bill collection and reimbursement stuff when it could have been easily avoided if this app worked.
